I believe this to be "new old stock from the 1980s that has been stored in ideal conditions, unwrinkled and off the rack look. Typing pool subway commuter look of the 80s with big hair, pantyhose and high heels. This is a gem! The '80s really defined the Anne Taylor legacy! This dress is in pristine unworn condition. New without tags - "new old stock."
