Cute black crop top hoodie has mesh arms , mesh at bottom and on hood. Size tag cut out. I put as Medium as I think it is supposed to be oversized. Approx Ptp 21 inches, length 19 inches. Preowned. Does not have the string in the hoodie. White striping on cuffs and at bottom.
