What're the measurements for chest and length of this jacket? Does it have any stains or damage and is it from smoke free house?

@shawnr85282 Yes it is from a smoke free home. There is no damage and no stains on the jacket. The chest is 48" and the length is 26"

If this is size 40, chest should be about 40" to 42" could yu measure agai please, is that the measurement of the chest of the outside or the actual inside?
