@clarksk Hi! This fits a solid 10 and a mostly comfortable 12, saying that because there is a side zip which can get a little tricky in the bust area. The neck tie is mostly what was kind off in the sizing for me - I had to tie it pretty tight to feel comfortable (wore a bandeau underneath). I hope that helps!
