This is a beautiful blouse by Salon Studio. I'm not sure of the size. I bought it for myself and usually wear a 2x/3x, but this turned out to be just too roomy. So I'm guessing it's more of a 3x/4x or maybe 26/28. The pleats make it quite stretchy, so it's definitely flexible in fit. It is quite sheer, so you'd want to wear something underneath. I measure the chest as 50" without stretching, and it easily goes to 55" and could probably go further. Length from back of neck to bottom is about 30-1/2". Thanks for looking!
