Size small. Measurements upon request. NWOT. Elastic wide waist band. Ruffle along the hem. Not quite a maxi but ankle length. See pics of labels for care and content. Long sleeves with elastic on end of sleeves. Green color with little white flowers. Not sure what shade of green it's closest too-mint maybe.
