@kflynn1980 Hi!! I am so so sorry i’m just getting back with you. It’s not like me to take this long to respond. But these are the approximate measurements when it’s laying flat
Bust 16 1/2”
Waist 17 1/2”
Hips from top to bottom is about 35”
Because it’s a vintage dress, i’m not sure if there’s a difference in sizing from then to now. But I hope it works for you and if you have any other questions, I’ll respond back a lot quicker ☺️
