Blue 5 Converse Chuck Taylor All Star low tops sneakers

This is a pair of blue Converse Chuck Taylor All Star low-top sneakers. They are in decent shape. There doesn't appear to be wear on the sole but the white rubber part on top has some marks/ smudging. The inside is slightly soiled like they have been tried on but there doesn't appear to be any wear. They are sized: Men's 5 Women's 7 UK 5 Eur 37.5 CM 24 However for me this sizing is off. I normally wear a women's size 7.5 shoes and these are too big for me. I also normally fit into European size 38. I say this for reference but please buy them based on your normal Converse sizing.
