We can tell by its construction and the design and quality of the pieces craftsmanship. Even though its not signed I know from experience and have brands like Husar D. & Lilian Czech who are made in Czech and have all Czech glass. They often look like this with a tarnished brass back and also I bought it as a Czech 🤩🌺😀
