This jacket is incredibly fun and I hate to part with it. It is Fringe + Co new without tags and has never been worn. It’s layers of rainbow tinsel, with one hook and eye closure at the top, but otherwise it’s open. The tinsel does shed some but not seriously. I sadly never had an occasion to wear it but it would be perfect for a music festival or pride event or Mardi Gras or anywhere you feel like wearing it. You’ll attract all the attention in this!
