Preowned but in overall good condition l. The tag on the inside does not look work. Still looks bright white which would Indicate to me lack of use. I did take a magic eraser to the white part. They look like they have a little fading but I cannot tell if they were manufactured to look like that or if it is from use. Realize cute shoes.
