silver pearl yemeni signed jewelry necklace poshmark hayim saleh this piece is an assemblage of old and new. the signed pieces are by yemeni silversmith hayim saleh and are likely antique pre 1920s. the main parts with the pearls is newer and unsigned. pearls are genuine. I would surmise from research that the silver content is about 600 or 800 not sterling. the older pieces are melted down from coin silver and may have been part of a wedding piece. I did have signature and provenance checked by an expert who was kind enough to look at photos.
