meyer4megan @thekimmied yes it is matte. I am not sure what you mean as “by the same as the smaller” - do you mean the newer mineral eye color in the updated MK packaging? While I do not have that to compare to, it is all from MK and the same color name - so I would assume they kept consistency in their color palette names across brand repackaging iterations. This is the vintage MK signature line.
