This is not brand new. However, it was only hand-washed and worn twice. The TOP is adjustable and the straps can be removed in the back and used to tie up around your neck. It is a Size 40D. The bottoms are a 10/12 large and measure 16" laying on a flat surface, and folds over in front twice (approx 3 ½") and one flap in the back that is 6") mid-rise. If you are a person who loves to wear colorful bathing suits this is definately for you!
