Sweet little handmade polyester dress going to fit xs to small. PtP is 18” so will be loose fitting there but the waist has no stretch and measures 12”. Waistline to hem is 26”. Sleeves are 29”. The buttons on her are adorable, no call outs, flaws etc. comes with a belt. No pockets
