Dog raincoat

Dog raincoat. Red with button snaps under their belly. It is sized as. 4xl but come from shein so it is more like a small/medium sized dog. I attached the size chart so you could see if it would fit yours. I have had to order numerous sizes until I bought one that fit. It has not been used, I didn't even attempt to put it on my dog.
