New with tags floral lace skirt. Colorful. A-line shape. Two small flaws: one of the sides of the hook on the hook and eye closure has come undone. Can be easily fixed if you're good with sewing! Also can be worn without the hook and eye closure. There is a small residue on the inside of the waistband, presumably from some sort of manufacturer sticker.
