Black high waisted mini skort from Express Size 10 Looks like a normal skirt but with shorts underneath. Side slits. Side zipper. Fabric has a little stretch to it. Only worn twice, great condition. The Express website lists a size 10 as fitting a 30.5inch waist and 40inch hip.
