Vintage Uranium Green Glass Stemmed Bowl Dish

6.5"W x 4"H Beautiful Vaseline glass piece, vintage with cast glass with a raised feel, scalloped rim and smooth base. There's some black spots on the bottom, I'm not sure what it is they might clean off. Glows green in a black light.
