These shorts are in very good condition and they come from a smoke-free home. The fabric is 77% cotton, 20% polyester and 3% spandex. They are size 6, the inseam measures 13 inches, the rise is 8 inches, the leg opening is 8 inches and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 16 1/2 inches across and stretches 18 inches.
