Vintage Set Of 12 Satsuma Buttons On The Original Card

These come from an estate sale my parents attended in the 1980s. Along with the other items from the same estate, I can say with certainty that they are pre-1950. Each one is in excellent unused NOS condition and each bird (pheasant?) is hand painted and even I can see slight differences between each painted bird The attached tag was either the item number or my parents paddle number.
