Vintage Eliza J New York Black Layered Ruffle Pleated Cocktail Dress Size 8 Beautiful layered satin pleats, spaghetti strap, zip up back closure. In great condition, no signs of wear anywhere, zipper still works smoothly. Non-stretch material so please check measurements. Basically new, it is just a little too snug for me.
