Karin Stevens silk-feel turquoise fully lined, flounce-hem, shortsleeve dress 10

21” armpit to pit. Shoulder to hem 38”. Fabric 💯 % rayon, lining 💯 acetate. Tag says dry clean only but I have washed in cold gentle cycle for many years. There are small shoulder pads within but they can easily be snipped out. This is a vintage dress in very good to excellent condition. It has a double hem, flouncy, where the lower hem is attached to the full inside lining- all with a smooth silky feel.
