Needle and thread sequin tulle dress 8 floral ivory

Excellent condition! There are loose threads all over the top. It seems as though the manufacturer didn’t trim in between sewing the sequins. See pics. I’ve gone over the top twice and don’t see any missing or loose sequins or beads.
