tdvxo @madisonannt Hi love! Ok so the measurements are taken flat with the garment relaxed. 16.5” pit to pit 13” waist Keep in mind that each ruffle on the blouse has elastic so it is very stretchy and accommodating for fit. Let me know if this helps and if you need anything else. ❤️

madisonannt @tdvxo ah, so it is stretchy! I couldn't tell from the pics if it was sewn down or elastic. I'm typically a s-m and my weight fluctuates a bit so stretchy is def good. Does it have a few inches of stretch where the elastic is? And how does the silk feel? I had a top before that was very thin silk like this and it was a bit scratchy, and a dif one that felt amazing. Thanks for your help!

tdvxo @madisonannt Absolutely a few inches of stretch. It gives quite a lot. ☺️ the silk is a very fine silk chiffon fabric. It doesn’t feel silly like silk charmeuse by no means but I don’t think it would be itchy. It feels very thin and airy like if that makes sense. ❤️
