I logged in via laptop (I usually use my phone) and I don't see any signs about discounted shipping, so it may be that Poshmark is offering it to you as a 1st time buyer. Burt, I don't know how you get it. Maybe when you get the delivery and accept it they will charge you the lesser shipping.
