Navy blue with beautiful detailing. Ruched top and flow bottom with lining. Sleeves have extra material but light weight material doesn’t make them poofy, just blousy and bouncy. Elastic at the bottom of sleeves, not tight. At bottom of ruching (high waist) - 18 inches Top of ruching (stretchy!)- 20 inches
