ANTIQUE GLASS INKWELL GLOWY GLASS INSERT BRASS HINGE CASE FITS ESTERBROOK ?

This antique glass inkwell has a brass insert with a hinged lid, & a smaller insert to place even more ink in! The smaller glass insert has uranium & manganese used in the molten mix, so it glows neon green under UV light! Please view last pic, which was taken in the daylight, so I’m sure it super bright at nighttime! The entire piece measures 2.6”x3”, the glowy glass insert measures 1.2”x1.2”, & the brass insert measures 1.5”x2”. Consistent with age, the gold plating on the brass has worn thin, the interior of the metal has some rust, but the click lock still works fantastically. The small glass insert has chipping around the rim & has the look of a like a burst bottle just pooped off the rod. The large base is intact with no issues. I believe it is the shape that fits into an Esterbrook Bakelite pen holder combo, I’ll leave that to you to investigate further. It’s a wonderful piece to add to your vintage office or industrial decor!
