Long sleeve chiffon blouse with a gathered yoke, gold-tone buttons at the sleeve cuffs, with a self-tie scarf neckline in a predominately maroon, multi-color floral pattern by Prabal Gurung. New with tags - one small thread looks like it may have pulled at a cuff - the pull itself is not visible to my eye, but in the last photo you’ll see there’s one line of a different color in the fabric near a button.
