I originally bought this dress for my own (nontraditional) wedding (!!) that’s how beautiful it is! I ended up going with another dress and never wore this one. Tags are off but it is brand new and a gorgeous high-low mermaid style strapless Hutch dress. 16 inch waist and 18 inch bust. The bust is pretty roomy.
