This is in great condition with no visible flaws. The condition of the pins are based off of the front designed part, not the back, because the back does not show when worn on a lanyard or on a cork board. There are pictures of the back included as well. It is a hidden Mickey pin, which means you cannot buy from the park. You have to trade with a Disney cast member in order to obtain it.
