From my experience, depends on width of foot. I have wide feet and am trying to figure out what size works best for me now..normally
I am between a 6.5-7 in sneakers. I have tried 2 colors of the spezial now and the first pair I tried, I needed a women’s 6 and fit perfect, so I ordered this pair in a 6 assuming they’d fit, but they are too small for my foot. So I’m going to try a full size up (7) in hopes that supports my feet..assuming the fit is color dependent?..hope this helps!
