This top is perfect to wear with shorts, water shorts, a skirt or a swimsuit bottom. It's a beautiful shade of orange, bright but not that neon orange. Measurement all the way around the bottom band is 29". The straps are each 15 inches long. I love the back; so much nicer than just a strap going around. Make sure you notice the really pretty print on the fabric by looking closely.
