Like New Art Class (Target) Hawaiian Dress from Hawaii!

Purchased in Hawaii. Haven’t seen Hawaiian print dresses in other Targets, so I believe it’s a special product made for the islands. No signs of wear, worn one time. Smocked top and sleeves with spaghetti straps to hold the dress on. Buttons down the front. Very twirly! So so cute.
