Torrid boho peasant blouse NWT; Torrid Size 1 (1X, 14-16)

Brand new blouse, NWT. I bought this without trying it on, and it’s the wrong size for me. Pretty natural color with blues and turquoise. Rayon/polyester; machine wash/tumble dry. Pit to pit is 23 inches. Shoulder to hem is 25 inches.
