12" W x 11" H x 6" D No tags I could see, zip around top with pockets on both sides, zipper pockets in front and slip pocket in back. Inside is black with lots of pockets for various things you'll need to travel with. Long strap is removable and there is a small top handle on it too. It's a chenille fabric with gold embroidery in a copper and cold colors. Beautiful piece. The inside has some sticker residue and a little dirt. Please see photos.
