Belted. Material: 44% Acrylic 35% Polyester 10% Wool 5% Rayon 6% Other Fibers. Lining is 100% Polyester. Small pockets on the front approximately 3.5x4inches, buttons on top of pocket don’t unbutton, only for design. Perfect as a blazer over dress or could be paired with jeans, dress pants or a skirt. Can be worn as jacket since has lining. Pairs well with a variety of fabrics.
