women's Theia sequin embellished dress sz 4

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jezsy12. Loved it, but too big for me, and arrived with more flaws than I can repair without taking it to a professional seamstress. It really is a stunning dress! I added video and pictures of flaws. It is very "Downton Abbey" look! No padding in bust, very slight stretch in material.
