These actually fit great not too vintagey I was a 25 but they’re getting too tight. I’d say 25-24 would be best. 11 rise 31 inseam. I cut them myself. They’re so cute

chrissyolivares @lynettemurray1 Omgosh i totally forgot I will do this tonight. I’m almost 100% positive it’s a 12.5 inch laying flat. Because they fit me perfect then I moved to a 26. I will post a pic later when I’m off work.
