BLUE GREY FARMHOUSE COUNTRY SALT GLAZED QUICHE PLATE. 9 1/4" TOP, SIGNED

There are so many pieces of pottery with this type of pattern on it that it took me a long time to find where it was from. This grey stoneware with deep blue design is a very popular color combination. I finally found a stoneware pitcher the same stoneware as this quiche plate, with the signature on the bottom that matched. I don't know exactly what it says but it definitely matches the one I saw on the bottom of the pitcher. I really gave Google Lens a workout! It is called Blue Grey Farmhouse Country. It is considered colonial farmhouse by the company where it was made. Diameter of top from ruffled edge to ruffled edge is 9 1/4". The bottom of the pie plate measures 7 1/4" diameter. The inside bottom of the plate has a diameter of 6 1/4". The height measured on the outside is 2 1/4".It is not just for decoration. I baked a small apple pie in it once and it bakes beautifully.
