Two outside pockets - 1 zip & 1 magnetic closure pocket (both the width of the bag), inside zip pocket (width of bag), and 2 phone pockets and 1 pen. Measure 15” top to bottom, 14” left to right & 3” front to back. Tote handles drop 5” and crossbody adjust from about 28” to 52” NO SCRATCHES anywhere (only carried a few times)
