Express Leopard Puff Sleeve Smocked Waist Blouse SMALL

A statement blouse in a chic leopard print with a smocked waist detail, puff sleeves and keyhole button closure on back. Lined for extra coverage on the body portion (not arms) so nothing shows through. ***Please note there is a minor flaw (which appears to be a manufacturer flaw). I just noticed it while taking pictures and it is not visible from the shirt unless up close. It is on the arm in/near the armpit area of the left arm.
