This dress is from Blue Island, is size Small & is in excellent condition. - strapless with ruffle detail at top - stretch tie waist - hi low skirt - top measures 12.5” across when laying flat, unstretched - waist measures 12” across when laying flat, unstretched - top length is 9” from top to waist - skirt length is 20.5” from waist to bottom at the shortest point & 34.25” from waist to the longest point - top ruffle is 6.75” long
