lillyjenn @msrogo The inseam is 29”. The waist when laid flat is about 12.5. I had my husband stretch it like someone was wearing them and it was 15.5” across. It’s hard to tell since it’s just a big spandex band. But it is plenty stretchy. Hope this helps!

msrogo @lillyjenn it’s perfect - I need 14” so that should work. I’m broke til Friday though as I’ve been on a buying spree like a bulimic person goes on an eating spree. Not joking! msrogo @lillyjenn my closet collapsed twice! The first time my husband added reinforcements and it still collapsed again! The pile on the floor was about 5 feet high!
