This dress does not come with a cocktail but it should. This dress is a true navy. Not to be confused with black but very definitely Navy and not blue. (my camera is not the greatest) The fabric has a beautiful texture. The dress is lined. Chunky brass zipper on the back is super sexy. No stretch in the fabric. paullichstein @kicksnthredz29 22" outseam to outseam (i.e. max) pit to pit. 28" at the hem. It has a sewn in liner that will improve the drape, but the fabric has no stretch. very straight cut, no taper at the hips. i think the bust was too small for my wife.
