CHICO'S Platinum Women's Jacket sz 3 - in Chicoland that's a 16.

This cotton jacket feels painted, has a metallic sheen, 2 pockets, ribbed segments all the way around the coat & interesting closures. I found a slight discoloration on the inside of the sleeve at the wrist opening (yes - I'm a freak). Please see image. It's not visible on the outside. See that image too! 🙂
