classee321 Hi! I have some questions. Is that a burn mark on the back side of the wallet in the first picture? What is the stamp inside the wallet that is usually a letter inside of a square? Is the pouch the original? It appears to have cloth interior. Is it marked with the HERMES stamp as well? Sorry for yet questions but I have to know what I’m buying. Thanks so much!

walkerwears @classee321 hi! No problem at all. I’m happy to answer your questions. I bought this from another seller on Poshmark. As far as I know it is not a burn mark just an indentation from use. I have pictures of the “Hermes” stamp inside the interior of the wallet. As far as I know the pouch inside is original to the wallet. I’m happy to order you a COA for $45 if you want to make sure the wallet is authentic. Please let me know if you have any other questions! Thanks!

classee321 @walkerwears Thank you so much for answering all of my questions. I have had 2 of these, purchased from HERMES back in the day, but the one I’m using now is on its last life. Yours definitely looks authentic but the pouch looks different than the two Dogon’s I have. I don’t feel a COA is necessary because if the pouch is not original that’s not a huge deal. I mainly wanted to make sure there was a legit stamp inside the wallet!

walkerwears @classee321 hi! I totally understand. I will look at the wallet closer and see if I can find another stamp on the interior and let you know. I wouldn’t want you to purchase anything you don’t feel comfortable with. The wallet definitely shows signs of wear and use and is not perfect by any means! I’ll get back you ASAP!

classee321 @walkerwears Hi! Thank you so much for the picture of the stamp. All looks good but that mark on the back is sort of distracting from the overall look. I guess it wouldn’t matter, overall, since it’s on the backside but it does look like some sort of deep mark. Hmm.

walkerwears @classee321 yeah I totally get it. I wonder if a cobbler could maybe fix it make it less noticeable? If you are interested name your price and hopefully we can work something out. That way maybe you can put in some money to make it look nicer. Let me know, no pressure!
