Lovely red and white/pink polka dot Victor Costa vintage 70s/80s dress. Cotton fabric, bow bust, two tiered ruched skirt. Size 8 but runs small, best fits XS to small. Light wear throughout but overall good vintage condition. Has a bit of color bleed of red to white throughout but lends itself to a lovely pinky ish polka dot look.
