Heavy cotton/linen with all the details you'd expect from Demeulemeester The buttons are white There are laces at the back vent Inside there are straps that can button (or not) inside to hold the double-breasted design in place (see last photos of the inside). It's IMMACULATE. Hated to part with it but it was too much to ship to my new country of residence where I needed to downsize my wardrobe. One of my favourite purchases of all time.
