sweetest soft cotton fit and flare dress with Peter Pan collar and floral print

I bought this from a local vintage seller- might regret selling but I have never worn myself. It has an amazing fit- very flattering. In very good condition considering age… deserves a happy home. No stretch, see measurements in pics above.
